Guess what! These can be frozen for later use! Simply store them in a freezer bag and separate each crepe with wax paper.
Make it a meal!
I simply scrambled some eggs and sausage and rolled it up into one of these yummy crepes. It was amazing! Try your own combination and then be sure to share it with us!

can't find corn flour in my town and don't have time to buy online. I am not wheat sensitive. I'm using it for a crepe recipe from Bali. What is the best flour to subsitute to get the closest crepe consistency to using the corn flour. Thanx.
Michelle, Do you have corn meal and a coffee grinder? You could make your own corn flour sub by grinding that or I do have 2 other corn recipes you can choose from instead. One uses rice flour and the other uses almond meal. Just click the "gluten free crepes" link to the right of this page. Hope that helps!

This is an insanely good recipe, I exchanged the milk for soy milk, the butter for rapeseed oil and it was a perfect pancake. It's almost impossible to burn and the batter sticks together and doesn't separate like in most recipes. Take so mourish and creamy without anything added on top! Definitely one to try!
