What recipe do you use for turkey gravy?

I haven't posted one yet but we generally do a ratio of 1 cup drippings with 1 Tbsp cornstarch, 1 Tbsp sorghum, and 1 Tbsp white rice flour to thicken it then season it with poultry seasoning and some organic betterto than boulion. We'll work on that recipe exactly and post it soon.
