Thanks for the inspiration for the rice and water for rice milk! I'd much prefer that vs. store-bought any day, should I need rice milk in a recipe. I rarely eat flour foods anymore, but I do love biscuits and gravy. I have so many allergies and sensitivities though and just feel better without. I am saving this recipe for the occasion I feel up to making some fat free biscuits with homemade gravy, along with some home-seasoned ground turkey sausage I make ahead of time. Thanks a bunch! :)
