Sometimes, you just need a little comfort food... (which can get difficult when you're living gluten free!) Do you remember those yummy chicken pot pie casseroles with the biscuits on top? YUM. I was definitely craving one of those the other day so I decided to make my own version! I already have a great recipe for gluten free biscuits, I just need to alter the pot pie part! This recipe is seriously so yummy! I've been craving it again ever since I made it! This dish is quicker than a casserole because you don't have to throw it in the oven. You make the biscuits separately during the down-time of cooking the other! I'm so excited to share this recipe with you! ok. So I saw you on pinterest. I am looking at your gluten free chicken pot pie and on the right side of the recipe is a list of all types of gluten free things. I am looking how to cure my sweet 11 year old daughter of her stomach issues. We had an edoscopy when she was 8 and they found nothing. I refuse to give her meds. I am giving her herbs and digestive enzymes now, but I know that we need to change her diet. Looking for postives ways to make her life happy and feeling well in an 11 year old world of processed food etc... I am open to anything. Looks like you have things in prospective.

Why white rice flour and not brown rice flour? Isn't brown rice healthier?
