As you watch, listen for Dr. Davis when he talks about avoiding Gluten Free items made from starches. He's so correct! It's so important when you're replacing wheat in your diet to do it with nutritious grains instead of starches such as tapioca, potato, or cornstarch. So, though we do have a couple of recipes on this site that use those, do use those recipes sparingly! Your belly and your blood sugar will thank you. ;)
