Now on to this next recipe I only have two words: Yummy and Healthy! This granola can also be really versatile (you'll see what I mean). It has a great clumpy texture like some commercial granolas. It's seriously so easy and cheap to make. In my husband's words, "Hmm...this tastes like candy." (Ha ha. He doesn't eat a lot of sweets.) Heart Healthy Honey Granola(Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free) Adapted by jalene Ingredients:
Notes from jalene:The great thing about this recipe is that you can change it up with what you have on hand. Just make sure it adds up to be 1/2 cup. I love sesame seeds, raw cashews, raw sunflower seeds, unsweetened coconut, flaxseed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc. They all taste great with the honey flavor.

My first time making granola, so simple really. Used coconut nectar instead due to my sons honey allergy. Made a few changes based on my sons taste preferences and it turned out great! He loved it. Thanks again Jalene.
