So after becoming gluten (and dairy) free, I had basically given up hope of ever eating this yummy dish again. It was next to impossible to not only convert it to avoid wheat and dairy but also to contain HEALTHY ingredients like no msg.
But I did it folks!
Eating it again was so nostalgic for me! I love food so much. ;) And that's not just the pregnancy talking PS. If you're feeding a large crowd you'll want to double this for sure. It goes fast! Enjoy!

Serves 2-4 people
Pour the mixture over the chicken and bake.
