This recipe is super easy to put together and then throw into the oven.

- Gluten Free Mock Breadcrumbs
- 6 Chicken tenderloins
- 1 egg, beaten
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Place the mock breadcrumbs into a plastic bag. Set aside.
- Add beaten egg to a rectangular dish.
- Dip your chicken in the egg, coating on both sides. Then toss into the breadcrumb bag and shake until well coated. (see tip below)
