- 10-12 corn tortillas
- oil for frying (use a high smoke point oil)
- sea salt
- Cut tortillas into strips using a pizza cutter. You can cut 2-3 at a time.
- Heat oil in large frying pan. Place some of the strips into hot oil and fry until they become crispy. Remove from oil and place on a paper towel. Sprinkle with salt.
- Repeat until all strips are cooked.
